Absolutely! After you've created a CaterCow Account, but before you place your first order with us, email your tax exemption certificate/document to support@catercow.com, once we confirm they are the proper documents, we'll place it in your file and handle the rest! This way, going forward, all your orders will be marked as tax-exempt (you can unmark them per order as needed from the checkout page if one isn't) and our system will remove the sales tax from the order.
P.S. If you've already placed an order which hasn't been completed and is tax-exempt, that's okay. We can still help out with the current order, as well as your future orders, just follow the same procedure as above and email us your exemption certificate. We are unable to process sales tax refunds retroactively after an order has been delivered. Thank you for your understanding!
