How does payment work on CaterCow?

CaterCow accepts all major credit and debit cards. We are also able to utilize an invoice system for customers who meet specific criteria and will be ordering frequently through CaterCow. To inquire about invoicing, please email support@catercow.com

When you place an order with CaterCow, you'll be required to input a credit/debit card before placing your order. As soon as the order is placed, we authorize the card to ensure it's a valid card. Once the order is accepted by the caterer, the card is then charged the full amount. If you would like, you will be able to add additional gratuity once the order has been placed.  All payment is handled through CaterCow, so you will never have to pay anything or tip upon delivery.

Our payments processor is a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry, so rest assured, your information is secure.
